The cornerstone of our work together is one-on-one coaching sessions you'll have with me personally...
A certified coach who has extensive experience starting, growing and operating successful small businesses.
Your coaching sessions take place by telephone or in person. You choose which works best for you based on personal preference, comfort, convenience and economy.
And you can schedule your coaching sessions whenever you want.
Sessions typically last 30 to 120 minutes, but I don't coach with a stop watch... so we don't have to end a coaching session until we are truly finished discussing what's important to you.
Each business coaching session is custom designed to help you achieve the results you want.
Most coaching sessions begin with a quick discussion of the goals you have for that session.
Then I will begin coaching and assisting you, step-by-step, so you can accomplish what's important to you... faster and with less struggle.
In each coaching session you won't just learn HOW to make the business changes you want, you'll actually DO a good portion of the work.

How long you work with me is YOUR decision...
Unlike many small business coaches, I require no commitment or long-term contract from my clients.
Why don't I require a contract? Because I believe small business clients and managers should control the coaching relationship... not the other way around.
(By the way, most of my small business clients have chosen to continue their coaching relationship with me from 3 to 12 months or longer, depending on their business goals and needs.)
